SHIPPING POLICY

At MyElsewhere, we carefully prepare each order for delivery across Australia. Please review the information below before placing your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within Australia is calculated based on your order value:

• Orders up to A$50.00 — A$15 Standard Shipping
• Orders from A$50.01 to A$99.00 — A$13 Standard Shipping
• Orders from A$99.01 to A$149.99 — A$10 Standard Shipping
• Orders of A$150.00 or more — FREE Standard Shipping

The shipping rate applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared for shipment before being handed to the relevant delivery carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently focus on delivery within Australia.

Available delivery options for your address will be displayed at checkout. If Shopify permits checkout to another destination, the shipping options and charges shown at checkout will apply.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup and click-and-collect are not currently available.

For privacy and operational reasons, our fulfilment location is not a customer collection point.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact MyElsewhere as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact MyElsewhere so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

RETURNS
